I'll keep this short and won't include an X-Factor style story as to why you should donate money. Basically I'm running 26 miles and 385 yards (42.195 km) and for doing so would really appreciate any donations you can make to my chosen charity 'Concern Worldwide'. 

'Concern' undertake a number of projects across the world with the aim of reducing suffering and extreme poverty in the most deprived areas. Any money that you donate will go towards providing quality education for children in Sierra Leone, one of the poorest countries in the world today. I am not going to try and provide inspirational words as to why this project is so important, so I thought I would leave it to someone much better at it than me:
