After completing the Wall (https://ratracethewall.co.uk/) six years ago, I'm back for another go! I'm raising money for Crohn's and Colitis UK to support the important work it does to help people with these conditions. Both my Dad and my brother have Ulcerative Colitis. It's affected their lives for many years.

300,000 people in the UK have Crohns or Colitis. They are chronic conditions causing ulceration or inflammation in the colon (Ulcerative Colitis) or any part of the digestive system (Crohn's).

Crohn's & Colitis UK offers information and support to those affected by the diseases, campaigns for better healthcare, and funds crucial research. They help thousands of people every year.

I will be running most of the length of Hadrian's Wall, almost 70 miles within 24 hours to help people suffering with Crohn's and Colitis.
