I took part in this event last year to support the fund raising work the British Heart Foundation do.

Since then and out of the blue my mother needed an emergency heart valve replacement. It's the research that BHF funds that makes this serious operation a fairly common place affair today - and there is still so much more research they want to achieve. So when asked of course I said yes to supporting this charity fund raising event again this year. Thank you for helping me rise some much needed funding for the great work that the BHF supports.
