The London Revolution Ultra is a 155-mile bike ride around the periphery of London and I have chosen to complete it in a single day.
At GenesisCare, we fully support and recognise the vital role of a whole
life approach for people who have been diagnosed with cancer, we deliver this through a unique partnership with Penny Brohn UK.
Penny Brohn UK are a registered not for profit charity who
provide more than just care and treatment for people who have been diagnosed with cancer and their families, they provide care for their clients mind, spirit and emotions recognising that these parts are interconnected and work together to support the immune system. Through their evidence based ‘Bristol Whole Life Approach’ Penny Brohn UK deliver their holistic services such as counselling, mindfulness and acupuncture.
This year Penny Brohn UK are celebrating their 40th anniversary and we're going to join the 40 years celebration by raising £40,000 for Penny Brohn UK.
£50 could pay for reflexology, massage or applied relaxation session
£300 could pay for 6 sessions of counselling
£2,500 could pay for 12 people to attend a non-residential 2-day Living Well with the Impact of Cancer course
£6,000 could pay for 12 people to attend a fully catered 2-day residential Living Well with the Impact of Cancer course
£7,000 could pay for all our core services for an entire day at the National Centre
