On Saturday the 13th August I will be taking part in the Yorkshire three peak challenge for help for heroes. Tge event consists in trekking 25 miles across the 3 highest peaks in the Yorkshire dales. 

Help for heroes was founded in 2007 to provide direct,practical support for wounded, injured and sick Veterans, Servicemen and women and their loved ones.
