1. I was very lucky to get a ballot place on the Virgin London Marathon and would like to raise money for  the Children's Cancer Recovery Project. 
2. I will also be running the Great South Run on 25th October.
3. Due to an operation my training schedule when a bit haywire  and we didn't do as many races as we would of liked. But I'm back running the Kent coast and will be there on the 24th April.
