As you all know, I'm not exactly a diminuitive chap. I've spent too long as a Fray Bentos gold card holder, and have worshipped at the golden arches far too many times. Well, I've decided that it's time to make a change, and as I currently have several family members fighting cancer, the fact that I can raise some money for cancer research gives me an added incentive to stick to my goals.

I initially weighed in at a whopping 23 stones and 11 pounds, and I'd like to get down to 17 stones. As you can imagine, this is not easy for me to achieve, and I'm having to work really hard. so if you can dig deep and find a pound or two to spare, I'd massively appreciate it. Not only that, but you get the warm, fuzzy feeling from knowing you've done a great thing!
