Story
Hello, and thank's for reading.
This year I am running the London marathon in memory of our friend Michelle Lyons, who sadly lost her fight with breast cancer in 2008.
Michelle was a very decent, kind hearted person and had great mental strength. She sadly left five children, and her passing was a very difficult time.
On the day of the ballot I asked Michelle that if she got me a place, then I would run it for a breast cancer charity. Anyway, she wasn't letting me off the hook, and I was one of the lucky few who made it.
As for my track record, ran about six half marathons and my longest distance so far is fifteen miles. Still some way to go, so the next few months will be tough !
I have never been involved in any big charity collection, and will probably never ask again so if you can spare just a couple of quid, I would be very grateful.
Breast cancer care bring people together, provide information and support, and campaign for improved standards of care. Across the UK, they offer skilled emotional and practical support and all of this is free of charge.

Thank you for taking the time to read, and I hope you can help out just a little bit.
