Crohn's disease is a form of IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). It effects people massively and it's time to find a cure rather than just managing it!

My wife has suffered with severe Crohn's for 12 years and had surgeries and been through so much - I would love for her to live a "normal" life. Hopefully this will be the breakthrough in the medicine to help cure Crohn's.
