I made a promise to myself to do the London Marathon before I was 40 and the opportunity to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish foundation makes it even more special and me even more determined to do this well.

What is a wish?

A wish is a  once-in-a-lifetime experience for a child fighting a life-threatening condition. It’s a positive distraction from ongoing medical treatment and a focus for children living with serious illness whose future may be uncertain. They not only benefit the well being of the children but give their family an amazing experience and memory to share.
