It is with great sadness and a broken heart that this page has had to be set up in loving memory of Sandra Ann Bury. Sandra sadly lost her short battle with Breast Cancer on 16th October 2020 at St Giles Hospice, Lichfield.

Sandra had been to hospital a year earlier for scans and told it was benign.  It’s for that reason I’d  like to raise awareness! 

In June this year my mother was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breast Cancer that had mastesised, attacked and spread throughout her body. She had weekly chemotherapy sessions, was extremely brave and battled it during difficult times with Covid creating many challenges! 

My mother was a vivacious happy care free woman who would always put herself before others. She would light up a room when she walked into it. 

Her kindness and love for others was highlighted 4years prior,  when for her 70th birthday she completed a sky dive to raise money for Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer! 

Her funeral is on 30th October, please make a donation for a very good cause and in memory of my mother Sandra Ann Bury. 

Her chosen charity Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer is now a cause close to my heart and I’d like to raise funds to help prevent breast cancer!
