Story

This September I'm "Running For Sarah" at the Great Scottish Run Half Marathon, The Haddington Triathlon and The Mid Argyll Triathlon. These 3 major races will be a huge challenge to aged and hairy legs. The ordeal will be reflected on the Dare To Tri Life Blog : DareToTriLife.Blogspot.Com.

Running For Sarah is all about raising funds on behalf of a really special lady who is having the toughest of times right now. Sarah has selected NICHA as the charity of her choice. NICHA operates an extensive network of support groups in every area of Northern Ireland for people affected by stroke, cardiac illnesses and chest conditions. It's tough times out there and they need your help. Scottish Sea Farms is also supporting NICHA by selecting the charity as part of their amazing Great Scottish Run Fundraiser on 4th Sept 2011.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate what you can.
