I am abseiling 110 feet and raising sponsorship for St Elizabeth's Centre.  The charity is located at South End Much Hadham and constitutes a school, college and adult home for people with epilepsy.  Your sponsorship will make a direct contribution to the care and support given to the 220 children, young people and adults cared for at St Elizabeth's.

The abseil will take place during the weekend of 1st / 2nd May 2010 at Church Langley, Harlow.
