Jezz & I are running the Bristol 10k to raise money for the stillbirth and neonatal death charity Sands.   We plan to beat our personal bests of sub-50 minutes & fund raise for a fantastic charity at the same time. 

I am currently researching the effects of stillbirth on parents and the most important aspects of care that should be measure in studies.  Sands is supporting my research and in return we would like to raise awareness of the stillbirth & neonatal death charity.  

We are part of a team in Bristol fundraising for a memorial in Arnos Vale Cemetery so bereaved parents can remember their babies in peace.  Your donation, however small, can really help and will make such a difference to the local community and the lives of families who have experience a stillbirth or neonatal death in Bristol.

Sands also support vital services for anyone affected by the death of a baby, to improve bereavement care and promote research to reduce the numbers of babies dying.
