Basically, I am taking part in my first charity run for Prostate Cancer Research. London Gateway Rotary Club, of which I am a member are helping to organise this years race. I personally have always wanted to do a charity run but being lazy I never have.

This June (30th to be exact) I will be running 10k in Horndon as part of the annual Festen Fare. Come along if you can its a good day out.
