I am taking on the Alzheimer’s January press-up challenge. The aim is to do 2022 press-ups in Jan 😱 that is approximately 65 press-ups a day! I want to challenge myself but also raise money for a very worthy charity. Mum is going to do the press-ups with me 💪🏼
