Dear Donator,

 

Well, were in practise and preparing well for the big one. The BUPA great north run is a 9 mile uphill run and 4.1 mile flat. The race preperation consists of running three times per week with one long and two short runs.

 

Stephen and myself intend to be complete within 2hrs 30mins, and for runners with our body shape, that will be quite a feat!
