Story

2022 not only marks the year of the of 10th anniversary of the Danny Green Fund, but also Danny's 21st Birthday. So to honour the memory of Danny Green, some friends and I will be taking part in a fundraiser to support the Danny Green Fund.

This will involve taking part in a 21 mile-long bike ride (to stick with the theme of '21') from Shoeburyness station back to Canvey Island. where we will be finishing at the Lobster Smack pub.

For those who are unaware of the Danny Green Fund and the fantastic causes it supports, they are a local charity which supports children of all ages coping with brain tumours. The money that we will raise will directly fund children like Danny get the rehabilitation they need to recover (such as equipment, therapy & research).

Your support will make a huge difference, and I'd be grateful for all donations big or small. Thank you for taking the time to visit and donate to my JustGiving page.

Our charity provides funding for physiotherapy, hydrotherapy or piece of equipment for children suffering from Posterior Fossa Syndrome as a result of a brain tumour. We also fund brain tumour research as without research there will be no cure for this devastating disease.
