For anyone who knows me, knows I do not run, the thought of it makes me want to cry but I thought why no give the Plymouth Poppy Run a go! I'm doing with my friend Emma who I think by now I would've dropped out if she didn't agree. 

The cause is amazing helping our service men and women past and present. No one should be disadvantaged because of the services and sacrifices they've made.
