Hi everyone,

I am taking part in the 10k Royal Marine Commando Challenge, I will be getting wet and muddy all in memory of a special little girl called Lily-Mae Jeffries.  Lily-Mae was involved in a road traffic accident last year and tragically lost her life. I did not have the pleasure of knowing Lily-Mae but my Auntie did and she has told me some amazing things about her.

Please help support this worthwhile cause as you never know when you might need the aid of the Air ambulance... Give as little or as much as you can.
