On June 21st I'll be riding in the 2020 Velo Birmingham & Midlands. Having taken on last year's event and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, I couldn't wait to get back out riding through the streets of my beloved home city again this year and continue raising money for a charity extremely close to my heart.

Unfortunately my family and I have become all to familiar, in recent years, with the terrible pain that dementia can cause to sufferers and their loved ones alike. Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
