I must be mad...but in 2023 I will be running the London Marathon in April, Ride London 100 in May and Swimming 2 miles around the Serpentine in September. 

As many of you will know I have Cystic Fibrosis but despite this I'm determined to complete these events. I will be doing these events for charity for a cause close to my heart - The Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

One in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing. Cystic fibrosis comes with challenges, affecting our physical health, mental wellbeing and how we choose to live our lives. But our community is uniting towards the ultimate goal of effective treatment for all. Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the charity uniting people to stop cystic fibrosis.
