My dear Uncle Pete received excellent end of life care 2 years ago from all the staff, doctors and nurses at the oxford palliative care hub, then known as the Sue Ryder house in Nettlebed Oxfordshire. 

The care my Uncle received in his final days was dignified and compassionate and the day before he passed away he decided to go for a walk with me, it was only down the corridor and back but on reflection it was almost miraculous considering the physical health he was in.
