My Cousin Alice Pyne found out that she had cancer 4 years ago. Since then, she has spent a huge amount of her time trying to help others that are in the same situation as her, one of the most resent things has been to set up her own charity called Alice's Escapes. 

The aim of Alice’s Escapes, is to help families with seriously ill children take an all expenses paid break in the Lake District; a peaceful and relaxing place where the families can simply enjoy spending time together. In September i will be climbing Kilimanjaro in aid of Alices Escapes; all profits from the Kilimanjaro Trek will go towards the Charities new target to buy a static caravan, thus ensuring that there will always be accommodation, regardless of the time of year.
