We fund lifesaving research to tackle heart and circulatory diseases

Story

Thanks for visiting my page.

I am running the half marathon in memory of my great Nana Trudy Wheatland who passed away in July 2016 at the grand age of 102. She was an amazing person, and a true little legend!

Even towards the end when her heart was tired, she visited Bexhill seafront several times living life to the full enjoying an ice cream or two!

I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £25 could pay for an hour of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
