I have never run 10k before, I could previously have been described as spectacularly unfit so this will be a challenge. 

I was recently admitted to hospital with Ulcerative colitis hsvung never knowing I had the disease and was really quite unwell. Now home and recovering, although learning to live with this disease I wanted to give something back. This is how i have opted to do it. #NoGutsNoGlory.
