We are cycling 600km across France, from Caen to St Emilion, in 4 days. Approximately 150km a day! As each of these days will be further than I have previously cycled,  it will be quite a challenge. 

This event is part of Omega Resource Group's ongoing effort to raise funds for local charities. The charity we've chosen to support this year is a fantastic local charity called Hop Skip and Jump, who provide respite care for children and young adults with disabilities  and special educational needs.
