Together with some colleagues and friends a small (fool)hardy band of us are taking part in the first London Green Cycling Club Charity Challenge this July. It entails a 500km bike ride over 4 days that covers the first stages of the Tour de France last year (in Yorkshire) followed by the Ride London 100 mile race around London.

It's gonna be tough , but should be a laugh (even if i'm walking like John Wayne for a month afterwards)!

Collectively we are aiming to raise a total of £40,000 from individual and corporate sponsors.
