Story
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Dan Ashley and my daughter was stillborn on 17th May 2009. This changed mine and my families lives forever. I will never get over what happened on that day and I will never forget the gorgeous daughter that I never got to see grow into a beautiful little girl.
I've made it my mission in life to make a difference to other people and do all I can to reduce the amount of Stillbirths in the UK and help get people the aftercare that they need when the unimaginable happens.
Myself and Ben Tye are partaking in an attempt to break the world record for the longest consecutive football match. Along with 34 other players we will be attempting to break the current record of 108 hours. This will involve us personally playing football for 16 hours a day for at least 5 days.
We are doing it to raise money for Tommy's Stillbirth, miscarriage and premature birth charity. Tommy's exists to save babies' lives. They fund research into the causes and prevention of pregnancy complications that lead to miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.
Any donation small or large means the world to me. I thank you in advance for all of your kindness!
