Each club member will complete a 5km run. They have from 06:00 Friday 8th May until 18:00 Sunday 10th May to complete their run. They must use Strava or Map My Run to record their run and upload it to our clubs social media accounts. When donating, please comment with the name of the member you're sponsoring.

4Louis are a wonderful charity and one that is very close to some of our members. They have been our club charity partner for the 2019/20 season. Unfortunately the Covid19 pandemic has hit the nation hard and 4Louis have stepped up to play their part. 4Louis are a local charity who primarily support families who sadly suffer a EMC, stillbirth or the death of a child, by providing memory boxes and other items to hospitals free of charge across the UK. In these unprecedented times they have made the decision to adjust their purpose to supply their product to hospitals for families who are effected by COVID 19, as well as maintaining a supply of their original boxes.

These memory boxes are provided free of charge to hospitals, and have already been distributed to over 300 hospitals across the UK including Sunderland Royal, RVI, Queen Elizabeth, North Tees and many more. They are sending on average 100 COVID 19 boxes daily where the ward managers are able to use the items inside to create lasting keepsakes for the families, who sadly cannot be with their loved ones. 

We appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone but we are looking for the community to come together and help this local charity support the families of the COVID 19 victims.
