This August I will attempt a solo swim across the English Channel. I've been planning and training since last April and all of your support means a lot!

I'm raising money for the Marine Conservation Society. MCS works hard to protect our oceans on a practical level (with beach cleans and great advice for minimising plastic usage) and at the level of industry and government standards. Our oceans are important to us in more ways than we understand and we are losing more of them everyday.
