Story

This year, 20 years after running the London Marathon in memory of my wonderful Mum, and vowing never to do it again (for all the right reasons), I'm breaking my promise and will be giving it my all once more.

This time I'm running the London Marathon in memory of my hugely missed and dearly loved father in law, Peter Mendel, who spent the last few days of his life in the care of the incredible team at St Francis Hospice in December last year.

St Francis Hospice provide vital care and support to people like Peter, facing the end of life, and their loved ones.

Your donations will help give them a critical stream of revenue so they can continue to care for patients and their families.

My initial fundraising target is £5000 but I hope to smash this with your help, so please give generously for this very special and essential service.
