Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This time last year I weighed 21st 9lb and could barely run a mile. On the 10th April 2022 I will be running my first ever marathon (26.2 miles) to raise as much money as I can for the motor neurone disease association. Please help me by donating and sharing this page to support those affected and hopefully we together can make a difference.

The Motor Neurone Disease Association is a charity focused on improving access to care, research and campaigning for people affected by Motor Neuron Disease.

Motor Neurone Disease is a condition affecting the brain and nerves.  It happens when cells in the brain and nerves called motor neurones gradually stop working. There is no cure for Motor Neurone Disease and so treatment aims to ease the symptoms as much as possible.
