Hi all

 

I am fundraising for a charity close to my heart- East Lancashire Hospice.  Hospices take care of people when they are terminally ill making their last moments as comfortable as possible.

We are team "Screaming Goat" and are going to ride the Wiggle Mountain Mayhem event on June 15th/16th (http://www.wigglemountainmayhem.com/).  It is a gruelling 24 hour mountain bike race that challenges even the hardiest of cyclists.  Last year, this same team had high hopes but only managed a disappointing 7 laps, due to deep mud and mechanical failures hindering our progress (oh, and cramp!).  Therefore, we are absolutely determined to put in a good show this year and make up for the disappointment of last year! And what better motivation than riding for a great cause!

So please give generously and we promise to give it our all on the day!
