In a time where many are feeling helpless I have decided to do something to give back to the amazing NHS and intensive care units that also in 2000 saved my mum. The work they do is incredible and is now at the forefront of our awareness.

After word spreading and gaining enough support I will be running my half marathon in my 8.5 meter garden this Easter Sunday to show support, raise money for a good cause and to show we can achieve things whilst being at home in safety
