On the 4th of august I will be running 100 miles around Pembrokeshire to raise money for Dreams and Wishes. 

Dreams & Wishes is a charity dedicated to helping seriously ill children by making their dreams and wishes come true. They provide vital support throughout the child’s illness as well as helping to build happy memories by granting lifelong wishes.

Some children want to meet their favourite TV stars, fly in a helicopter, visit Legoland or to just have their own PlayStation. No matter how big or small a child’s dream is, they are committed to making sure it comes true.

I will be running a 100 miles through Pembrokeshire on the 4th of August to raise money to help Dreams and Wishes continue the great work.  

A lot of the run will be on the Neyland to Haverfordwest trail, if you are in the area feel free to come down I will be happy for the support. Hoping to get it finished in under 30 hours
