Friday the 30th of June I am taking part of the Tour De Asda cycle event and will be completing one stage of the event... A 100-mile cycle from Leeds-Washington (Sunderland) to help raise funds for Orchid Cancer charity. 

As most of my friends may already know, I love cycling and thought this would be a good opportunity to put all them miles towards a good cause.
