My mother has suffered Rheumatoid Arthritis for 35 years and I have seen first-hand what a debilitating illness this can be. It has never stopped her living a full life and working until she was 63 (she's still going strong at 74)!!

I'm taking part in Tough Mudder on May 13th and wanted to do this before my right knee packs in for good!!
