Throughout 22/23 I am undertaking a series of challenges; including climbing Ben Nevis, running the Maspalomas Gran Canaria Marathon and culminating in the Action Cancer 50th anniversary trek to Machu Picchu, Peru on 10th November 2023. 

Action Cancer is Northern Ireland's leading local Cancer charity. Action Cancer's mission is to save lives and support local people through cancer awareness, prevention, detection and support. In Northern Ireland, someone receives a cancer diagnosis every hour of every day; and the shocking statistic is that now one in two people will receive a cancer diagnosis within our lifetimes. While Cancer rates are on the increase, early detection and improved treatments mean that survival rates are improving. In these uncertain times, the work that Action Cancer carries out has never been needed more.
