We offer expert care, guidance and support to people living with a terminal illness

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving Page. We are cycling 465km between Solihull and Amsterdam in memory of Russell Orme, the late office managing partner of DLA Piper and our dear colleague and friend, who received great care from Marie Curie before he died of cancer in January 2012. All the money we raise will go towards Marie Curie's Big Build Appeal to fund a new state of the art hospice in the region.

We have been very touched by the kindness of our corporate sponsors to date including SCH, RPS, Dignity Plc, Europackaging and Carnell and the DLA Piper Charitable trust. This has already raised £9,000. However, we still have a way to go to achieve our overall target and we would very much value your contribution, however big or small, towards what we deem to be a very worthwhile cause.
