This year I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for the Hospice of the Valleys Charity. The charity has provided kindness and support to our family during Kevin’s illness (my late Brother in Law) I appreciate times are hard and any donation however small is appreciated to enable the charity continue its work and be there for those in need
