The coming months are set to be tough for everyone, but coronavirus will hit those affected by dementia the hardest.

I will be taking part in the ‘cycle 100 miles in July’ Strava challenge. I signed up for this in loving memory of my father in law, Keith 💙. He fought so very, very hard, to the bitter end, so for that reason I WILL BE DOUBLING the miles to 200 in July 🙌🏽.
