We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. We are cycling 20,000 km from Ireland to Mongolia to raise money for Cancer Research UK, starting September 2004.

This is our second cycling adventure. Last time we cycled 10,000 km from Mexico to Ushuaia at the tip of South America and raised £10,000 for Cancer Research UK. They used the funds to buy a cell incubator used in developing gene-specific cancer treatments. This way, treatments can be more effective and this improves the quality of life of cancer sufferers.

We are committed to carrying on riding for Cancer Research UK as they really are doing a fantastic job in raising awareness and providing tha largest source of independent research in the UK to all working to find a cure for cancer, worldwide.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Cancer Research UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
