To coincide with #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek I will be shaving my head, live, this Friday in an attempt to raise money for the Gamekeepers Welfare Trust to support the incredible work they do for rural workers. 

Being The Year of the Gamekeeper, its a perfect opportunity to support those who support gamekeepers, stalker, ghillies and their dependants. 

As an ex-keeper myself and through my involvement in the sector, I have seen first-hand the highs, the lows and the unfortunate and sad outcome of mental health issues amongst gamekeepers, stalkers and ghillies.
