I'm taking part in the 5k Swimathon this year to raise money for Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie. Both are great causes; one of which is research into cancer to identify prevention, diagnosis and treatment and the other provides care and support to people with terminal illnesses and their families, making their last days comfortable in there own home. Any amount will be greatly appreciated so please get giving guys!
