Story
The Croydon Cardiac Rehabilitation team ensure patients have the highest quality of care. The aim of our service is to help patients to understand and manage their heart condition, with the goal of improving the health of their heart as well as their quality of life and well-being.
The multi-professional team includes specialist nurses, physiotherapists, practitioners, exercise specialists and exercise assistants, with access to psychologists and other specialist services.
