A team of 8 of us from Crossfit Spectrum are competing at Battle Cancer on the 4th August and ALSO completing a 24 hour WOD-athon to raise as much as we can for Macmillan cancer support. This is an amazing charity that provide loads of support for people affected by cancer, and we want to do all we can to help them.
