Story
A Cat Crawl put basically is walking on all of your hands and feet at once, to move yourself from one place to another. The idea to attempt to do this for 8 miles came from a Parkour practitioner from Aberdeen called David Banks, who crawled 16 half mile laps of Glasgow's Buchanan St to raise money for the Haiti Earthquake appeal. The crawl itself is symbolic of how small efforts can combine together to add up to make something effective, and hopefully doing this will raise as much money as possible for a good cause, in donating towards cancer research.
If you are still unsure of what a cat crawl is, there's a link in the video section that should explain everything.
The crawl is going to take place on Sunday 6th of June in Dundee City Centre, betwen the Wellgate centre front door and the traffic lights beside the Overgate, as it's exactly half a mile long, so i'll be attempting to crawl a minimum of 16 laps to make 8 miles, or as far as I can until I can't go any further.
The route map is as follows: ( taken from Google Maps)

Any donation, no matter how small, will go some way towards making advancements in treating cancer and would be greatly appreciated. Please remember to Gift Aid if your from the UK if you are donating.
I really can't thank you enough for your efforts. If you can make it down into town on the day it would be great to see people, even if your only passing by.
Thank you so much in advance for your time, efforts and donations and I'll hopefully see you on the day.
Elliot.
