On February 2nd 2013 I will be running the LDWA challenge event 'Rombalds Stride', a 23mile route over hilly, boggy, wet terrain with over 3000FT of ascent. I am undertaking this challenge to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society on behalf of my wife Liz and sister-in-law Claire whose Father suffered with dementia in the years before his passing and also for a work colleague whose mother recently passed away, also after several years of living with this currently incurable condition.
