Many thanks to everyone for your support and sponsorship. I completed the 20 laps in just under one hour and a quarter. All your money will go to a good cause which went a way to raising a grand total of £25,000 for the day!

This season the Foundation is supporting The Prostate Cancer Charity by funding awareness raising materials and the charity’s helpline as well as the reconstruction and equipping of seven vital health centres in Togo, West Africa (as seen in the image) via the Foundation’s joint project with respected children’s charity UNICEF.

To raise funds I will be taking part in a sponsored walk  around the Ibrox pitch 19 times with Walter Smith, Ally McCoist and Ian Durrant on the 3rd April 2011. This is one lap for every trophy that Walter Smith has won for Glasgow Rangers.

The work of the Charity Foundation, which is extremely well organised, benefits thousands of lives each year and with your backing a massive difference can be made!
